White Rooms - Est. March 2008. Boston, UK. Specialising in Drum & Bass, Jungle, Dubstep, Classic Hardcore, Old Skool & little bits of various other styles.
The group originally formed in March 08 and started at a local pub bringing strictly Drum & Bass music to its Thursday nights which evolved into "Aspects of Dance" which ran for many months. Just doing Thursday nights wasn’t enough for these lads though and they soon started at another venue called The Underground which is just outside of Boston and had been shut down for a while but was reopened specially for White Rooms to organise its Saturday nights for them. These lads decided it was time to start getting other local talent involved to give several people the chance to get something positive going in the town. All kinds of styled nights were organised, Hardcore, Techno, House, there were also bands who joined in the fun. White Rooms then managed to get the legend that is Shy FX down to DJ on one of their Drum & Bass nights along with MC System which put them on the map. After several months of running events at this venue for free and after a change of venue manager, the WR lads decided to part company with them and shortly after managed to secure a regular night at one of Boston's hottest night spots, Eclipse Nightclub.
Banging events out once a month and filling the club each and every time for quite a while, things were looking very promising for this bunch of driven individuals. Getting guest DJ’s & MC’s in from Lincoln, Peterborough, Mansfield, London and various other places around the UK & even getting the mighty Nicky Blackmarket over for a night of Junglism. Shortly after, nightlife in Boston town started going down hill with less and less money spenders each week so after a good 6 months of persevering, White Rooms had their 2nd Birthday and then stopped running events at Eclipse and have been on a break since.

Not only have these lads been giving Boston something to talk about but Jam Master Jim & Mr Rayner also managed to bag themselves a back to back residency at Lincoln’s longest running Drum & Bass night, Cutz Recordingz at The Cell. The 1st time these two mixed with the Cutz crew was in June 08 after going through a couple of DJ comps Cutz had set up. These two continued to rip up the Lincoln DnB scene with Cutz until they stopped running nights at The Cell in April 09. In that time they had mixed with such greats as Nicky Blackmarket, J. Majik, Sappo, Bryan Gee, Drumsound & Simon Bassline Smith.
Since then Jam Master Jim & Mr Rayner keep popping up on various line ups in various places smashing it up the only way they know how, White Rooms style!
